Store bok choy in the refrigerator in a bag for up to 1 week. Wash when ready to use. Blanch and freeze for longer storage.


How to Use It

Raw: slice thinly for salads and slaws

Braise: sauté briefly then add stock and cook over low heat until tender

Steam or simmer: steam until tender or simmer in soups

Stir-fry: cook over high heat with oil and garlic
