Store mushrooms in a paper bag in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Wash when ready to use. Do not soak. Mushrooms can be frozen after cooking.


How to Use It

Raw: eat with a dip or slice for salads

Roast: roast chopped mushrooms in the oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes

Marinate: roast 1 pound of mushrooms. Mix with oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Pack in jars and let sit in the refrigerator for 6 hours and store up to 1 month.

Sauté: cook chopped mushrooms on the stovetop with oil or butter
