Store cauliflower in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Wash when ready to use. Blanch and freeze for longer storage.
How to Use It
Raw: eat with a dip or hummus, add to salads, or make quick pickles
Blanch: boil chopped cauliflower for about 3 minutes, then place in ice water to cool quickly. Drain well, pat dry, and freeze for longer storage.
Boil or steam: boil or steam chopped cauliflower until tender
Roast: roast chopped cauliflower in the oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes
